Selection Process
Under the Earn to Learn program, CBB primarily selects beneficiaries of the project through Online Intelligent Test powered by Talent Trackers, a tailor-made software service of Dhakabiz.com. Each project has separate unique Online Intelligent Test program. The final selection, for authentication of candidature, is made through a Face to Face interview of the selected students/participants by an independent Selection Board.
In face to face interview, the board members examine the information submitted by the candidates and check whether the candidate adopted any proxy or fraudulence in the online test. If the board finds the winner has submitted false information and was involved in unfair means in the test and violated any rules of the selection process, his/her selection for Cash Prize would be canceled. The board finally selects the Winners of the project and distributes prizes.
Online Intelligent Test
For each project under the Earn to Learn program, CBB conducts different types of online intelligent tests. Tests of some projects are being held on weekly basis, some are monthly basis and some tests are being held lively in a particular time. The decision is made jointly by sponsor and organizer-the CBB.
The questionnaire of the tests would be simple on MCQ method based on current information on business, economy, environment, health and also general knowledge. The test would be very simple to those who are regular in their studies and keep their eyes on fast-changing markets and global economic trends. Daily news papers, TV news and financial information service like Dhakabiz.com would be very helpful to win in some of the tests.
Online Tests is being done properly through Talent Tracker, an innovative tailor-made online test software of Dhakabiz.com specially built for this program. It has already developed some unique tools to conduct online IQ test perfectly. Talent Tracker can automatically detect who are meritorious students facing economic hardships to continue their education or not, promising or armature. Talent Tracker has some unique features that enables it to detect proxy, cheating or any other unfair means done by examinees.
Selection Board
To organize and monitor the Selection Process, CBB has formed an independent Selection Board comprising of representatives of CBB, BID, donors and civil society members. The board supervises all activities of the test programs t make the process transparent, secured and sound.
The chairman and Executive Director of the CBB Trustee Board act as the chairman and member-secretary of the Selection Board. Other members are- Chairman, Board of Advisors of Dhakabiz.com, President-National Press Club, chief of the donor company. CBB Trustee Board reserves the rights to include more members in the selection board or may change the Selection Process.
